Ingredients
2 packages of flaked coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut sweetened condensed milk and extract; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto aluminum foil-lined and generously greased baking sheets; garnish with chocolate chips. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Immediately remove from baking sheets (macaroons will stick if allowed to cool). Store loosely covered at room temperature.
